I hadn\u2019t long before jumped out of a 1976 Ford Escort Mexico, before I sat behind the wheel of a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo.<\/p>\n<p>Smooth! Cultured! Modern! Three words that came to mind as both cars were poles apart and while the Escort was certainly a lot of fun, it was noisy, hard riding and overall lacked the finesse the Porsche had in spades.
