His emerging talent as an artist was to be greatly influenced by his love of motorsport. With no artistic training, Alan has worked as a full time artist since the late \u201980s, a natural progression from his long-time hobby. Although covering many different subjects as the years passed, his major interest has remained motorsport. His work, exclusively in pencil, has been marketed by BMS Marketing at Snetterton, Peter Ratcliffe Legends in Time, Antiquity Art and British Airways, and has been endorsed by many of the world\u2019s finest drivers. Since 2010 he has worked where he is happiest, at his studio in East Harling, Norfolk, on a commission basis for clients far and wide.
