Lime Rock Park\u2019s Historic Festival 37 takes its place in its traditional Labor Day weekend home: Thursday, Aug. 29, through Monday, Sept. 2, 2019. Thursday, Aug. 29 will be the Vintage Race & Sports Car Parade and the Falls Village Street Fair. While Sunday, Sept. 1 will again feature the Sunday in the Park Concours d\u2019Elegance and Gathering of the Marques.<\/p>\n

Sunday in the Park Concours d’Elegance.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

New, in 2019, will be a Touring Group on Saturday and Monday for entrants who want to exercise their Concours exhibit thoroughbreds in a sporting and intelligent format. Dedicated run group for road going cars interested in participating in the weekend will receive one exhibition lapping session per race day, dedicated corral area throughout the weekend, invitation to Friday Participants Party, as well as preferential treatment when selecting cars for the parade. Open to any and all makes and models up to 1995 and anyone regardless of racing license.\u00a0More information about the Touring Group can be found by clicking here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Additional highlights for 2019:
\n\u2022 A fantastic display made up of participating racecars in the Formula Ford Class.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Italian Masterpieces will be the featured marques with amazing examples of\u00a0Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and more.<\/p>\n

Three Morgans for 100 yeras of the Marque.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u2022 A special feature of three- and four-wheeled Morgans celebrating its 110th anniversary.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Stefan Johansson, the popular Swedish former Ferrari Formula 1 driver, who started his career in Formula Ford, will be the honored Grand Marshal.<\/p>\n

Organizers will again restrict entries with the \u201cSkip a Year\u201d rule to keep the content new and exciting for spectators. Any vehicle that was entered in the Concours d\u2019Elegance in 2018 is ineligible for 2019; it will be eligible again in 2020. Organizers encourage you to enter another vehicle from your collection if at all possible.<\/p>\n

Participation in the Concours d\u2019Elegance is based on acceptance, while Gathering of the Marques simply requires an admission ticket.\u00a0Preferential consideration for acceptance by the Concours d\u2019Elegance Committee will be given to applications submitted before the closing date of July 31, 2019.<\/p>\n
