The company was founded in Genoa, in 1939, but was moved in 1942 to Bresso by Renzo Rivolta, an heir to industrialists and an engineer in his own right.<\/p>\n<p>The company was reestablished as Iso Autoveicoli S.p.A., in 1953, to reflect its growing production of motorized transportation.
