The Formula 5000 Drivers Association has announced its racing schedule for 2021. The Association has announced three official races for the 2021 Revival Race Series.<\/p>\n

The 2021 U.S. Formula 5000 Revival Races will take place at the following venues:<\/p>\n

\u2022 June 24-27<\/strong>: SVRA \u2013 Mid-Ohio SportsCar Course
\n\u2022 July 15-18<\/strong>: Road America \u2013 The WeatherTech International\u00a0Challenge w\/ Brian Redman
\n\u2022 September 9-12<\/strong>: U.S. Vintage Grand Prix with SVRA at Watkins Glen<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>According to Seb Coppola, President of the Formula 5000 Drivers Association: \u201cI am pleased to be able to announce a season of racing events at three of North America\u2019s best race tracks.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cMid-Ohio is a challenging and fun track with a roller-coaster feel. Road America offers four miles of straights, turns, carousel, kink and elevation changes to make this circuit the perfect track for a Formula 5000 car. This July event is a classic vintage racing event with a fun race car excursion to the nearby Village of Elkhart Lake. Watkins Glen is one of the most iconic race tracks in North America, fast and thrilling, located in the hills of upstate New York wine country. This is a perfect race event to cap the 2021 race season.\u201d<\/p>\n

The U.S. Formula 5000 Drivers Association is a membership car club established to promote the restoration, presentation, registration and racing of historic Formula 5000 race cars. The Association organizes vintage racing events and other activities for Formula 5000 cars.<\/p>\n
