Most race organizers strive to spread a frosting of civility over this nutty-fruitcake business, but they don\u2019t seem to worry about that in Baja, nor did I see much of it my one time at the Safari rally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Targa was equally untamed.
