Is 400kph is the new 200mph?<\/h1>\n

Among tuning circles, and especially Porsche 911 tuning circles, a big challenge is to reach 400 kph. Sportec have come very close with their SPR1, but 9ff Tuning is determined to take the cake. Their GT9<\/a> has one of the best power-to-weight ratios of all the cars on Supercars.net and is a possible contender to beat 400kph. We should also mention that Dauer beat this record with a converted sports prototype over ten years ago.<\/p>\n

Also in tuning news, Edo Competition, who have been bold enough to hack a MC12 in the past, have finally got their mitts on a white Ferrari 599<\/a>. While details are elusive, most of the development work seems to be under the hood.<\/p>\n
