Pre-war cars are generally regarded as cars that span from the very first \u201chorseless carriages\u201d all the way up to the start of the U.S. engagement in World War II. Post-war cars continue immediately after WWII ended and industry could again begin making new cars. Of course the first offerings after the war were simply reworked pre-war models, but it was a start.<\/p>\n<p>Hasn\u2019t it been a pretty long time since the end of WWII?
