New addition to AMG family<\/h2>\n

Ideal for sports car fans: the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO<\/a> is aimed at anyone looking for exceptional driving dynamics. The agile response to your driving commands and the overall performance offer an even sportier driving experience, which is particularly noticeable on the occasional spin on the race track. More power, aerodynamic fine-tuning with further reduced aerodynamic lift and improved cooling contribute to enhanced driving dynamics and faster times on the circuit.<\/p>\n

The AMG 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine in the 450 kW (612 hp) configuration delivers 20 kW (27 hp) more than the AMG GT 63 and ensures superior propulsion. The maximum torque has been increased by 50 Nm to 850 Nm for even more powerful acceleration. The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO is convincing in performance across the board, especially at higher speeds. The numbers: from zero to 200 km\/h in just 10.9 seconds – with a top speed of 317 km\/h.<\/p>\n

Optimized cooling<\/h2>\n

The high-temperature and low-temperature cooling circuits have been reinforced so that the drivetrain does not overheat even under increased load. This increases the cooling performance and thus the performance on the racetrack, which is further enhanced by the aerodynamic fine-tuning.<\/p>\n

The enhanced aero performance is ensured by the redesigned front apron with additional visible carbon fiber air deflectors, the active aerodynamic profile in the underbody, the AIRPANEL active air control system in the front apron, and the aerodynamics package with a fixed rear wing. This reduces the lift on the front axle by more than 30 kilograms, resulting in even more precise steering.<\/p>\n

Motorsport DNA<\/h2>\n

The standard AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber Package with front splitter, trim strips in the side sills, diffuser and rear wing in high-quality carbon fiber gives the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO an absolute racetrack feel. The brake calipers are black-painted, and the lightweight AMG Performance 21-inch forged wheels in cross-spoke design are painted exclusively in gray Himalaya matt.<\/p>\n

Ceramic Brakes<\/h2>\n

The standard AMG ceramic high-performance composite brake system with 6-piston fixed calipers at the front and one-piston floating calipers at the rear is equipped with 420-millimeter brake discs on the front axle. These are currently the largest standard ceramic brake discs available from Mercedes-AMG. As in motorsport, performance-oriented brake pads are used. This means that the brake system saves weight and reduces non-suspended mass. Further advantages are even greater durability and resistance to brake fade under heavy braking, which guarantees fast lap times.<\/p>\n

The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO offers the same advantages as the other AMG GT family members. The desire for improved everyday usability has been met with a generous spaciousness for a sports car in this class and good all-around visibility. The AMG Performance seats with lateral support, which are also available as an option in a 2+2 version, and the AMG Performance steering wheel in Nappa leather\/MICROCUT microfiber are also included as standard.<\/p>\n
