Limited to just 399 units\u2014all already spoken for\u2014the W1 blends authentic supercar theatre with raw driver engagement. Power comes from a brand\u2011new 1,275\u202fPS rear\u2011drive V8 hybrid, augmented by active aerodynamics inspired by Formula\u202f1 ground\u2011effect principles. The W1 becomes the third entry in McLaren\u2019s distinctive \u201c1\u2011series,\u201d lining up alongside the iconic F1 and P1\u2122 to underline three eras of McLaren innovation, each car sharing DNA yet telling its own story.<\/p>\n

Goodwood also provides the backdrop for a 30\u2011year celebration of McLaren\u2019s landmark 1995 Le\u202fMans victory. The race\u2011winning F1\u202fGTR #59\u2014fresh from the “McLaren: A Name for Eternity”<\/em> exhibition at the Le\u202fMans Museum\u2014will tackle the famous hill, driven by its original winner JJ\u202fLehto.<\/p>\n

A modern tribute arrives in the form of the 750S\u202fLe\u202fMans. Revealed in June and capped at 50 examples, this special\u2011edition supercar wears a new MSO High Downforce Kit for extra grip and lap\u2011time zeal, echoing the legendary F1\u202fLM that commemorated McLaren\u2019s 1995 triumph.<\/p>\n

For the third consecutive year, the track\u2011only Solus\u202fGT will deliver ear\u2011splitting theatre at Goodwood. The single\u2011seat hyper\u2011GT packs an 840\u202fPS 5.2\u2011litre V10 and tips the scales below 1,000\u202fkg. After winning the 2023 Timed Shootout and thrilling crowds again in 2024\u2014when Mika\u202fH\u00e4kkinen drove a customer example resplendent in his 1998 MP4\/13 colours\u2014the Solus\u202fGT returns in 2025 for more dynamic runs.<\/p>\n

McLaren\u2019s 750S and Artura \u201cMCL38 Celebration Edition\u201d models will also storm the hill. Limited to nine units apiece, these cars carry an MSO\u2011curated livery in signature Papaya Orange and Anthracite, released to mark McLaren\u2019s 2024 Formula\u202f1 Constructors\u2019 Championship title.<\/p>\n
