Over the past 12 months, Zenvo Automotive\u2019s development programme has accelerated to its most intensive phase to date. The Aurora programme continues its relentless progression, applying pioneering technologies and processes while achieving key results at every development gateway. In parallel, the Zenvo brand has strengthened significantly, attracting world-class global talent and leading dealer partners as production draws ever closer.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The first quarter of 2025 marked a major milestone with the successful first fire-up of \u2018Mj\u00f8lner\u2019, the world\u2019s most powerful production V12 engine, developed in collaboration with MAHLE Powertrain. Since then, development has continued at pace, supported by the confirmation of technical partnerships with Ricardo and Castrol. Together, these collaborations are helping Aurora deliver unprecedented performance, pioneering technologies and exceptional drivability. Progress across the drivetrain has also seen the integration of the hybrid powertrain, which will ultimately deliver a combined output of up to 1,850hp.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As summer approached, the first validation prototype entered service, coinciding with Zenvo Automotive\u2019s largest brand activations to date. Wearing its distinctive harlequin livery, VP0 made history with its dynamic public debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, running the iconic Hillclimb on the opening day of the event. Since then, VP0 has supported extensive powertrain, electronics, suspension and vehicle dynamics testing. The prototype later took centre stage on the streets of California during Monterey Car Week, where Zenvo Village welcomed collectors, enthusiasts, dealer partners and friends of the brand.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWe come to the end of 2025 with the technical and development phases of the Aurora programme driving forward with real momentum,\u201d<\/em> explains Jens Sverdrup, Chairman and CCO, Zenvo Automotive. \u201cIt has been a very proud year of firsts, one of real progress, and one which has firmly put Zenvo on the map, with our biggest activations and achievements over Goodwood and Monterey.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIt hasn\u2019t been all plain sailing, by any means \u2013 which is expected from a programme of this magnitude and when working with the latest advances in technologies and systems which have never been seen or used before. We always set out for Aurora to be something more than had gone before, and we now have the team in place to deliver what we set out to achieve. 2026 will be another year of firsts and of relentless pursuit of improvement as we keep building towards production.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Testing has continued at Zenvo\u2019s Pr\u00e6st\u00f8 headquarters and at specialist facilities across Europe, with successful crash tests, dynamics evaluations and performance validation completed through both simulation and real-world testing. Additional prototypes have now joined the programme, enabling parallel testing activities across multiple teams and departments, and accelerating progress towards the planned 2026 production timeline.<\/p>\n

Across the wider business, Zenvo Automotive has continued to grow as a destination for top-tier talent. Key roles have been filled across engineering, development, purchasing, procurement, production, sales and marketing, and aftersales. The global dealer network has also expanded to 14 locations during 2025, with five new sites added. This growth has brought internationally recognised dealer groups into the Zenvo portfolio, reinforcing the Danish brand\u2019s commitment to building a world-class ownership and support experience.<\/p>\n
