Lamborghini\u2019s Hurac\u00e1n successor is officially on its way. Deliveries of the all-new Lamborghini Temerario will begin in January 2026, completing the Italian marque\u2019s transition to a fully hybridized super sports car lineup.<\/p>\n

Positioned as Lamborghini\u2019s next-generation V8 supercar, the Temerario is the brand\u2019s second High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), joining the V12 Revuelto and the plug-in hybrid Urus SE. Despite electrification, Lamborghini insists performance and emotion remain at the core, and the numbers back that up.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the Temerario is a twin-turbocharged V8 paired with three electric motors, producing a combined 920 CV (907 hp). Lamborghini claims it is the first and only production supercar capable of reaching 10,000 rpm, setting a new benchmark for hybrid performance in the segment. The car launches as a coup\u00e9, with a lighter Alleggerita version also available for customers seeking a more track-focused setup.<\/p>\n

According to Lamborghini UK head Davide Sfrecola, the brand\u2019s hybrid strategy is enhancing rather than diluting the driving experience: “Hybridization is making our cars easier and more fun to drive, while remaining as emotionally charged as ever. The Temerario made its UK dynamic debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, where it ran the famous hill climb alongside the unveiling of the Temerario GT3, the first Lamborghini race car entirely designed, developed, and built in-house at Sant\u2019Agata Bolognese. UK customers were later given their first drive experience during Lamborghini Day UK at Millbrook Proving Ground, while the first Lamborghini Temerario in the United States was the bespoke Ad Personam one unveiled at Art Basel in Miami in December of 2025.<\/p>\n

The launch year also saw Lamborghini celebrate both its future and its past.
