Bentley has expanded its Continental line-up with the all-new Continental GT S and GTC S, delivering a sharper, darker and more driver-focused take on its iconic grand tourer. Inspired by the limited-run Supersports and positioned firmly between Azure comfort and GT Speed extremity, the new S models are all about performance with attitude.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the story is Bentley\u2019s High Performance Hybrid powertrain. Pairing a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with an electric motor, the system produces 680 PS and 930 Nm, making these the most powerful S-badged Continentals ever. That\u2019s a huge 130 PS jump over the previous GT S, and enough to launch the coupe from 0\u201360 mph in just 3.3 seconds (3.5s to 100 km\/h) before charging on to a 190 mph top speed.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Impressively, the hybrid setup doesn\u2019t just beat its predecessor, it also outperforms Bentley\u2019s old W12 Speed on power, torque, and acceleration, while offering up to 50 miles (80 km) of pure electric range. When the V8 is awake, a sports exhaust ensures the soundtrack matches the numbers, amplifying the engine\u2019s muscular cross-plane growl.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

To match the powertrain, Bentley has fitted the full GT Speed chassis technology for the first time on an S model. That means Active All-Wheel Drive, twin-valve dampers, torque vectoring, 48V Bentley Dynamic Ride, a new-generation ESC system, plus electronic limited-slip differential and all-wheel steering. It\u2019s the most advanced AWD setup Bentley has ever offered, tuned specifically for enthusiastic drivers.<\/p>\n

The result is a car with multiple personalities. With ESC fully engaged, grip and stability dominate. Switch to Dynamic Mode, and the rear axle is allowed to move, giving the driver genuine control over cornering attitude. Turn ESC off entirely, and the Continental GT S becomes a surprisingly adjustable, throttle-steerable machine, not something traditionally associated with a Bentley badge.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Visually, the S models wear their intent proudly. The Blackline Specification is standard, bringing gloss black grilles, darkened front spoilers, black Bentley wings and lettering, Beluga black mirrors and a black rear diffuser. Dark-tinted LED matrix headlights (shared only with the GT Speed) and smoked taillights complete the look. Standard wheels are 22-inch ten-spoke alloys, with gloss black and machined options available for a more aggressive stance.<\/p>\n

Inside, Bentley has given the GT S a distinct identity. A unique two-tone upholstery split, fluted seats, and extensive use of Dinamica technical fabric create a more purposeful cockpit, while Piano Black veneer echoes the exterior\u2019s darker theme. Buyers can still dial up the luxury with optional full leather, carbon fibre trims, and dark-tint interior brightwork.<\/p>\n
