The sun-drenched expanse of Paul Ricard provided the ideal proving ground for the Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster, a machine that redefines what a track-only hypercar can be. Piloted by former racing driver and ex-Stig Ben Collins<\/a>, the experience revealed a vehicle engineered with uncompromising focus, yet designed to remain remarkably approachable.<\/p>\n

At first glance, the Huayra R Evo Roadster<\/a> appears more prototype racer than grand tourer. Stretching nearly five meters in length and weighing just 1,050 kilograms, Pagani\u2019s latest creation combines dramatic styling with obsessive aerodynamic efficiency. Extensive revisions over the standard Huayra R\u2014including a longer nose, extended rear overhang, active aero surfaces, and an immense diffuser\u2014allow the car to generate an extraordinary 1,400 kilograms of downforce at speeds exceeding 200 mph.<\/p>\n

Power comes from a bespoke 6.0-liter naturally aspirated V12 developed by HWA, the engineering firm founded by AMG legend Hans-Werner Aufrecht. Producing 900 horsepower and revving beyond 9,000 rpm, the engine transforms the cockpit into a symphony of mechanical intensity.<\/p>\n
