1985 Koenig-Specials 635CSi

In the eighties Koenig-Specials out of Munich, Germany made an extreme body kit for the first generation 6 Series known as the E24. The front wheel arches extended all the way to the back of the car, encapsulating the rear trunk with an agressive wing. This was nod to the current generation Ferrari Testarossa which Koenig-Specials also tuned at the time.

Since information is very scarce and Walter Kœnig wasn’t known for keeping records, it is unknown how many of these cars were made, or if he did any performance upgrades. There is a chance some of the cars are based on the M635CSi or M6.
