to my understanding, wideband speed is only available if you have DOCSIS3 modem. If you are still using DOCSIS2.0 modem, it wont get wideband speed.
which DOCSIS3 modem did you buy? I bought Motorola SB6120 and I gained about 5Mbps/1Mbps down/up more than my old Motorola SB5120 using the same...
