...make a perfect combo, what do you think?
I think it is.
italian cars should have an italian engine
I like Italian cars to sound Italian.
no. italian cars with a german engine with a italian exhaust is perfect.
The Iso Grifo is a perfect example that Italy + America = awesomeness
with german engineering
ISO, BIZZARRINI, DE TOMASO, ETC, PERFECT!
detomaso = perfection
elvis presley had a de tomaso pantera, he it shot his when it wouldnt start, the car was a bit dodgy
Isn't that awesome?
yeah it is, the car was dodgy, but i love it
1965 Bizzarrini 5300 GT Stradale is probably my favorite Italian car. The new Bizzarrini GTS is pretty cool even though it has a german engine.
German engineering, Japanese reliability, and Italian soul.
i normally agree with all of your comments, but not this one.
sure beats British cars with American engines, I agree
Here's a picture I took at Goodwood 2 years ago. The noise it made was even more awesome that it's looks.
I voted for "I agree". But to be honest its a question I can't answer, until i drive a few Italian cars or something.
Yes, there have been no great British cars with American engines.
bristol fighter comes close
i dont like american engines ideally. but i agree with alot of you taking italian body work and putting it over german engineering (engine, chassis, mechanics etc.) and then slap on some tubi exhaust for effect its a great idea. too bad both nations and their companies would be too proud to do that anytime soon. This idea is sort of similiar to my relationship. see im italian and ive got the style while my gf is german and shes got the brains she goes to UC berkeley so we will both be successfull and produce an elite hybrid of italy and germany haha. best o both worlds! just imagine a ferrcedes or a mercari haha.
Two other rare cars have this combination, I think they were called Shelby Cobra and the TVR Griffith. They are pretty unknown, so I guess they could be overlooked.

Yes... never in recorded history has there been any succes in using a British car with an American engine. I think if good old Shelby him self herd u say that, his old ass body would pimp slap u acroos the room.
