  2. that second pic is sex on wheels!
  3. yup, the qp is sexy as hell.

would you want the auto or paddle-shift?

  4. I guess I'd go for the paddle shift, but I wouldn't refuse the auto if I was offered it <A BORDER="0" HREF=""><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/wink.gif"></A>
  5. I would probably also go for the paddle-shift.
  6. sweet sweet sweet.
  7. when are they going to change the central console?
  8. Id probably try the Auto as i was really not convinced by the paddles. Great when driving but at traffic jam speed it was not good . ANd the engine kept revving up and down all by itself .
  9. I want I want I want
  10. I want I want I want
  11. also can u repost your avatar ?
  12. I'd still prefer a full-auto QP... <A BORDER="0" HREF=""><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>
  13. nice huh!!??
  14. Nice. I'd probably take the auto, as all the reviews of the Quattroporte I've seen have had beef with the paddleshift.
  15. So nice.. i love tan lines , i love wet bodies and i love brunettes..

  16. i personally know a couple of people who will go and place a deposit once they read the article ..

lots of people went for the S55 because they didnt like the paddle shift. It never annoyed me though

the auto is nice, but i cant understand why is it (front & back) for changing gears like the BMW gear .. and i HATE that .. the merc's is much better (right & left)
  17. What ?
  18. look at the gear knob ..

its up for downshift (-) and down for upshift(+) .. just like BMW
  19. Up/Down > Right/Left
  20. Perfect way to put it.
  21. He's saying you have to move the leaver forward to change down, and backwards to change up, while most makers use the opposite. I think this way is better, since it flows with the acceleration and braking forces. GT racing cars with leaver sequential boxes also use this setup.
  22. Are you sure?

It seems like he's saying he'd prefer to move it right or left to shift than up or down.

"the merc's is much better (right & left)
  23. He said he prefers right and left over the back-upshift front-downshift setup, but he hasn't given his opinion about the audi setup, wich is the inverse (front-upshift). I prefer the BMW/Maserati Setup. It feels more natural to me.
  24. i Do prefer the merc's
I havent tried the Audi's to be frank ..
