I dont think it is. It looks like a regular F40 with a new lip and wing. I'm pretty sure the GTEs had the same bodykit as the LMs, which have a different hood and headlights, as well as slightly different rear. The wing is the same though (as in that pic, not the normal F40). I think that last one is a GTE.
