    Also love that test. fUckin wicked cars. I have always loved the F50, dunno why it received so much flack. The only real drawback was that bullshit Ferrari pulled with the 'leasing' stuff in the beginning. Racing the F50 in NFS2SE #$%#ya
     
  4. At 20 years old, it's still one impressive car to look at in person.
     
  5. Yeah, I've been a huge fan of the F50 since it's release, it's weird how 20 years later journalists seem to be rediscovering it.

    Although when it was released, aside from the leasing shit, Ferrari wouldn't even allow private owners to lend it to magazines for road tests, apparently under penalty of losing their preferred customer status or something equally discouraging. So it never really got a chance, Ferrari's PR/Management really screws over their actual engineering team as far as letting their cars be appreciated by the press.
     
  6. Lol yeah because on paper it's slower than the F40, and that's all the dinks really cared and still care about. Who cares though, both are hugely desirable in their own way

  8. they did the same thing with the Enzo and are doing the same thing with the La Ferrari. they're just more quiet about it.
     
  9. I think one of the most impressive things about this car is the fact that it can drift with an open diff thanks to its complex braking system.

    Also the gearbox is awesome, i like its turbos.
