Well it sure is a custom car :)

  1. I noticed it has been lightened by just 10kgs! I bet you won't feel the difference <IMG SRC="http://www.supercarforums.com/servlets/cMsg/html/emoticons/smile.gif">, but then again the RX-7 is quite light in stock form (considering its competitors). Good Mazda for keeping the RX-7 alive, and why not import it to us again?<!-- Signature -->

the 22.05 lbs was taken off the wheels and suspension, thus reducing unsprung weight, which does make one hell of a difference in response and handling

I wonder if a Six-speed could have help out this car. I would think the engine could use another gear.

    the rx-7 tranny sucks and I doubt we'll ever see an RX-7 w/ a stock 6 speed
They have a special edition 2001 Bathurst R in japan. 500 made for japan only. I would kill for one.

reducing unsprung weight is def a great modification to make the handling better. of course a six speed would be an advantage, but good luck finding one.<!-- Signature -->
