Greenwich Concours d’Elegance (2015) – Quick Recap

The 20th annual Greenwich Concours dโ€™Elegance graced the grounds of Roger Sherman Park in Greenwich, Connecticut, last weekend, and crowned the following winners in its novel format of featuring American cars on Saturday and International machinery on Sunday.

At Saturdayโ€™s Concours Americana, Best in Show was awarded to the 1935 Packard Model 1201 Convertible from The Marano Collection, while H. DeWayne Ashmeadโ€™s 1932 Auburn Custom Deluxe 8-100A Speedster was named the Peopleโ€™s Choice. The chairmanโ€™s Award was presented to Loren and Jody Hulber for their 1936 Chrysler Imperial C-10 Airflow Sedan, the Grand Marshal Award went to James Brunoโ€™s 1948 Pontiac 28 Silver Streak Woodie Wagon (shown) and Walter R. Lucasโ€™ 1965 Buick Riviera Sport Two-Door Hardtop claimed the Chief Judgeโ€™s Award.

For Sundayโ€™s Concours International, Best in Show went to Andrew Benensonโ€™s 1951 Cisitalia 202C Cabriolet, while the Peopleโ€™s Choice winner was Keith and Brenda Murphyโ€™s 1954 MG TF Roadster. Blake Stevensonโ€™s 1961 Maserati 3500GT Coupe was presented the Chairmanโ€™s Award, while the Grand Marshal Award went to Bradley R. Farrellโ€™s 1954 Jaguar XK120M Roadster and Lee and Heather Howerโ€™s 1958 Lancia Aurelia B24S Spider took home the Chief Judgeโ€™s Award.
