This 2017 Ferrari F12tdf, one of just 799 examples produced worldwide, is set to attract serious collector interest at RM Sotheby’s The London Auction 2026. Estimated at £1.7 million to £2 million ($2.3 million to $2.7 million), this exceptionally presented example combines limited-production exclusivity, a high-revving naturally aspirated V-12, and a distinctive specification inspired by Ferrari’s historic competition cars.
Introduced in 2015, the F12tdf was developed as a road-legal, track-focused grand tourer that revived the Tour de France name associated with Ferrari’s successful 250 GT Berlinettas of the late 1950s. Its 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V-12 produces a factory-rated 769 horsepower, delivered to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with shorter ratios and quicker shifts than the standard F12berlinetta. Ferrari quoted a 0–62 mph time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed exceeding 211 mph.
Weight reduction and aerodynamic development were central to the F12tdf’s engineering. Extensive carbon-fiber construction helped reduce weight by approximately 110 kilograms compared with the standard model, while revised bodywork, the distinctive Aerobridge, a taller rear spoiler, and an active rear diffuser increased downforce. The F12tdf also introduced Ferrari’s four-wheel-steering system as standard, improving agility and high-speed stability.
This right-hand-drive example is finished in Azzurro La Plata with longitudinal French tricolour racing stripes, a livery inspired by the competition heritage behind the Tour de France name. The exterior is complemented by an Alcantara Charcoal interior featuring coordinating tricolour accents on the seats.
Additional equipment includes a suspension lifter, sports exhaust, red-painted brake calipers, and carbon-fiber detailing across numerous interior and exterior components. Scuderia Ferrari fender shields and Cavallino Rampante embroidery on the headrests complete the specification.
First registered in the United Kingdom in May 2017, the Ferrari has reportedly passed through four brief ownerships before its current consignor acquired it in December 2024. At cataloguing, the odometer displayed just 3,195 miles. Service documentation records attention from Ferrari specialists DK Engineering and marque dealer HR Owen, including annual services in March 2022 and March 2024.
Offered with its owner’s manual and reference guides in the proper pouch, this F12tdf presents a compelling combination of low mileage, documented maintenance, distinctive colors, and limited production. Its naturally aspirated V-12 also represents a particularly significant chapter in Ferrari’s modern performance history.
