Here’s a reminder that a special event, “Tribute to the Can Am 2015,” will take place Saturday, October 17 at the Wally Parks NHRA Museum in Pomona, California.
Films and slides from the glory years of the Canadian-American Challenge Cup Series and a talk by noted Can-Am historian Pete Lyons will be featured. Pete’s presentation will be supplemented by a roundtable discussion with drivers and other personalities from the era. An autograph session will be part of the program, and a proper dinner will also be served.
This exclusive event is limited to only 100 attendees, each of whom will receive a unique gift bag, commemorative medallion and limited edition museum-quality poster.
