Ghia-Aigle

Ghia-Aigle was a distinguished Swiss coachbuilding company, operating from the mid-1940s to the early 1970s, known for its bespoke and meticulously crafted automotive designs. Founded by Swiss coachbuilder Pierre Hossann, Ghia-Aigle initially collaborated with the renowned Italian design house Ghia, blending Swiss precision with Italian flair. The company gained a reputation for producing custom bodies for prestigious European and American marques, including Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, and Fiat. Ghia-Aigle’s creations were celebrated for their elegant aesthetics, innovative design elements, and high-quality craftsmanship. Although relatively small in scale, Ghia-Aigle left a lasting impact on the coachbuilding industry, contributing uniquely stylish and refined vehicles that remain highly prized by classic car collectors and enthusiasts.
