Northern California’s Classic Sports Racing Group has also announced its four-event 2017 schedule of events, with the season kicking off at Sonoma Raceway on the weekend of March 31-April 2 with the David Love Memorial Races, then moving over to Thunderhill on the weekend of May 5-7 for the Spring Thunderhill Races that will feature a Formula Vee Reunion. After the summer break, racing resumes back at Sonoma Raceway on the September 29-October 1 weekend, where the 14th annual Charity Challenge will take place, with this year’s event featuring a Can-Am Mini Challenge (above, Dennis Gray photo). The season closes out on October’s last weekend, the 27th through 29th, with the Season Finale and Awards Dinner, again at Sonoma Raceway.
