The Nomad Mk II

The Targa Florio; Sicily, May 4, 1969. This is the Nomad Mk II with BRM power. It was driven by Mark and Gabriel Konig, but retired on the fourth of the ten laps due to an accident when the left front suspension collapsed. The earlier Mark I Nomad, now fitted with BRM power in place of the original Lotus twin-cam, was also at the Targa but did not make the start after an accident in practice.
