Unveiled in October 2015, the Ferrari F12tdf is a limited-production model named in homage to the 250 GT Tour de France, which dominated the Tour de France Automobile in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Like that car, the F12tdf was conceived as a lighter, track-focused evolution, built for collectors and gentleman racers seeking maximum performance.

Power was increased over the standard F12 to 769 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 520 lb-ft of torque, with 80 percent available from 2,500 rpm. A revised 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox features closer ratios and faster shift times. Built around an aluminum chassis and body, the F12tdf uses extensive carbon-fiber componentsโ€”including lighting elements, trim, and interior panelsโ€”to reduce overall weight by approximately 240 pounds.

The chassis retains Ferrariโ€™s double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension, paired with a wider front track, rear-wheel steering, stiffer springs, and SCM-E magnetorheological dampers. Pirelli P-Zero tires on 20-inch alloy wheels, along with LaFerrari-derived carbon-ceramic brakes, deliver exceptional grip and stability.

One of 799 built worldwide, this 2016 Ferrari F12tdf is offered for sale on Bring a Trailer with 7,044 miles. It represents Ferrariโ€™s most focused interpretation of the front-engine V12 grand tourer, combining long-distance comfort with track-grade performance.

The car carries over $180,000 in factory options, including the extracampionario Rosso F1 finish, Ferrari Telemetry, Adaptive Frontlight System, and nearly $45,000 in carbon-fiber trim. Silver 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

Inside, large Daytona racing seats are upholstered in Nero leather and Alcantara with red stitching, matched across the dashboard, doors, rear bulkhead, parcel shelf, and center console. Equipment includes navigation, a JBL Professional audio system, dual-zone climate control, a fire extinguisher, and extensive carbon-fiber interior trim.
