KAMManufaktur is back with another masterstroke, meet the 912T, a beautifully reimagined touring version of the iconic Porsche 912, engineered for those who appreciate the art of the journey just as much as the thrill of the drive.
Following the success of the razor-sharp 912C, KAMM’s latest creation blends the same minimalist performance DNA with a newfound sense of comfort and refinement. Think classic silhouette, carbon fiber bodywork, and precision-tuned mechanics — now with a touch of grand touring class.
“The 912C was our no-compromise performance build — aimed at purists and track-day enthusiasts,” says Miklós Kázmér, KAMM’s founder and CEO. “But some clients wanted something a little more laid-back. So we created the 912T — a driver’s car that doesn’t sacrifice soul for softness.”
Still impressively lightweight at just 860kg, the 912T is about 100kg lighter than the original 912 despite its extra comfort features. That weight savings is thanks in large part to KAMM’s in-house carbon fiber craftsmanship — covering everything from the bumpers to the boot lid. Metal doors and glass windows remain, giving the cabin a more refined, road-trip-ready feel.
Under the hood is KAMM’s fettled version of the classic ‘616’ four-cylinder engine, producing 163hp and 201Nm of torque. It’s paired with a recalibrated transmission for smoother power delivery and a non-valved exhaust that keeps things relaxed on long drives, but still delivers thrills when you want them.
Suspension is handled by a custom Tractive one-way setup, tuned for a more forgiving ride without compromising the car’s legendary balance. Wheel options include classic 15-inch Fuchs alloys or KAMM’s own cool-as-hell ‘steelies’ look.
Inside, comfort takes center stage. The Fusina-crafted seats are more plush than the 912C’s, and bespoke Smiths instruments set the tone on the minimalist dash. A hidden audio system, wireless charging, and premium trim options round out the experience, all subtly integrated to maintain that analog vibe.
Limited to just five builds per batch, the KAMM 912T starts at €245,000 (excluding the donor car), with production kicking off in early 2026. Want in? A €10,000 deposit secures your build slot.
KAMM calls it a “timeless sports tourer”, and they’re not wrong. With the 912T, they’ve managed to preserve the essence of the original while adding just the right amount of modern-day civility. It’s a car that begs to be driven hard when you want, and easy when you need. Dare to Drive, indeed.
