At this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group unveiled the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, a new motoryacht that redefines nautical luxury while bringing Sant’Agata’s unmistakable DNA to the water.
This is the second chapter in the partnership between the two Italian icons. Their collaboration began in 2020 with the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, a yacht celebrating the year of Lamborghini’s founding. That project was an instant success among collectors and enthusiasts, and the new 101FT takes the concept further—larger, faster, and even more infused with Lamborghini’s supercar spirit.
At roughly 30 meters in length, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT embodies the fusion of high design and engineering precision. Its exterior draws heavily from Lamborghini’s latest few-off model, the Fenomeno, including the distinctive front and rear lights and the striking launch livery in Giallo Crius. The yacht’s sculpted lines echo Lamborghini’s philosophy of functional beauty, where every detail blends performance with aesthetic purity.
The helm station is directly inspired by Lamborghini’s Temerario hybrid V8 HPEV, offering drivers a sensation closer to piloting a super sports car than steering a traditional yacht. Inside, the connection to Sant’Agata continues: hexagonal motifs, sharp “Y” lines, and bold color contrasts mirror the interiors of Lamborghini’s road-going masterpieces. With space for nine guests and three crew cabins, the 101FT promises both luxury and comfort on long voyages.
Beneath its stunning form lies formidable engineering. The yacht is powered by three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, delivering a combined 7,600 horsepower. Paired with triple surface propellers, this gives the 101FT a top speed of 45 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. Two 35 kW generators ensure reliability and efficiency, whether at full throttle or at anchor.
Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, emphasized the shared vision behind the collaboration: “With the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, we are taking Lamborghini’s DNA to sea: performance, design, and innovation come together in a motoryacht that redefines the concept of nautical luxury.”
Design Director Mitja Borkert echoed the sentiment, noting that Lamborghini’s Centro Stile worked meticulously to ensure every element reflected the brand’s iconic design philosophy.
The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT debuted in scale model form at Monaco, with the full version set to launch by the end of 2027. Positioned as the ultimate expression of Made in Italy excellence, it is not just a yacht, but a statement of lifestyle, power, and design for an elite clientele passionate about beauty, technology, and extreme performance.
