Andrea Zagato, the third-generation head of the Milanese carrozzeria that bears his name, will be an honored guest at next January’s third annual Arizona Concours, on the manicured inner lawns of the stately Arizona Biltmore Resort. Zagato, who has worked hard to reestablish his family concern to prominence, will be accompanied by his wife, Marella, who is the granddaughter of Renzo Rivolta, founder of ISO Rivolta.
Zagato will be honored at the January 24 Concours d’Elegance with an expected dozen examples of the firm’s expressive automotive designs, and will also be spotlighted with its own special class, Coachwork of Zagato. Two other featured classes have also been announced, Duesenberg, and Exceptional Cars of Great Britain.
