1936 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900A

The Alfa Romeo 8C 2900A was developed by designer Vittorio Jano with funding from the government. The 2900A instantly proved itself as a racebred car. Three of them took first, second & third at the 1936 Mille Milia. The domination of this event was repeated in 1937 and in 1938 with 2900Bs.
