2021 RUF CTR Anniversary Heading to RM Sotheby’s Monterey

One of the most uniquely specified models in the limited-production run

One of only 50 examples produced, this 2021 RUF CTR Anniversary—number 25 in the limited series—is a modern homage to the legendary CTR “Yellowbird.” Set to cross the block at RM Sotheby’s Monterey auction on August 15–16, it is estimated to fetch up to $3,400,000.

This striking example is one of the most uniquely specified models in the run, featuring a paint-to-sample finish of Riviera Blue over black buffalo leather with Riviera Blue accents and pepita-patterned “lollipop” fixed-back Kevlar-carbon seats. The car is equipped with every available carbon fiber option, lightweight doors, a front-axle lift system, and Matte Titanium wheels.

Built entirely in-house on a carbon fiber monocoque chassis with aluminum subframes, the CTR Anniversary is powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine producing 710 horsepower and 649 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with a RUF-designed seven-speed manual gearbox, enabling the car to accelerate from 0–60 mph in under 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 224 mph.

Weighing just 2,646 pounds dry, it features pushrod suspension with active dampers and a minimalist interior focused purely on the driving experience—no screens, just analog gauges and exposed carbon. Completed in May 2022 and delivered new to the United States, this example has fewer than 200 miles on the odometer.
