Formula 5000 Revival (2011) – F5000 Sets Schedule

The Formula 5000 Drivers Association has published a five-race 2011 schedule that takes the high-powered series to some of North Americaโ€™s classic motorsports venues. The year kicks off at Watkins Glen on June 9โ€“12 as part of the SVRA weekend at the upstate New York track, then visits Quebecโ€™s Le Circuit Mont Tremblant with HMPโ€™s Booby Rahalโ€™s Legends of Motorsports outing on July 7ยญโ€“10, before heading to Wisconsin the next weekend, July 14โ€“17, to take part in the Kohler International Challenge with Brian Redman at Elkhart Lakeโ€™s Road America. After a two-month hiatus, the action reconvenes September 23โ€“25 at San Diegoโ€™s Coronado Island Speed Fest hosted by HMSA, before heading north the following weekend, September 30โ€“October 2, to close out the season with the CSRG Charity Challenge at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California.
