Le Mans 1964, where the only two Jaguars entered were these Low-Drag Lightweights. Neither finished. The Lindner/Nöcker no. 16 went out with assorted problems leading to engine failure after 149 difficult laps, while the similar no. 17 (albeit with more pointed nose) of Peter Lumsden/Peter Sargent lasted just 80 laps.
