Automotive Art – Adrian Bradbury’s “Alfa Romeo 8C2900B”

Alfa Romeo 8C2900B Artwork

Adrian Bradbury pays artistic tribute to Alfa Romeoโ€™s spectacular Le Mans champion.

Five of these cars were built for racing in 1938โ€”one uniquely for Le Mansโ€”essentially derived from a road-going version of Alfaโ€™s Grand Prix cars. They had very slippery bodies created by Touring of Milan, and featured independent suspension all around, as well as a rear frame that allowed the use of a quick-lift jack.
