Swiss Concours d’Elegance (2016) – A Success

The 1st Swiss Concours d’Elรฉgance drew a large audience to both the spectacular arrival of 14 racing Bugattis and the subsequent award ceremony, where the Best of Show Trophy was awarded to a Lamborghini Miura P400 SV. Born under the direction of Mathias Doutreleau, last weekendโ€™s event at Genevaโ€™s Chรขteau de Coppet displayed 53 exceptional automobiles as numerous participants portrayed themselves in period dress to add to the scene.

An open-air museum celebrating the historical and cultural heritage of the automobile, this new event paid tribute to a number of rarely seen masterpieces. A Hispano Suiza H6B Boulogne, a unique PicPic R2 model, Ferraris, 1930-1935 racing Bugattis, a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL and other remarkable vehicles helped animate the grounds of the Chรขteau de Coppet.
