Introduced in 2015, the Ferrari F12tdf was the ultimate evolution of the F12berlinetta, paying homage to the V-12 โTour de Franceโ racers of the 1950s. Its 6.3-liter V12 produced 769 horsepower, making it second only to the LaFerrari at the time.
Weight was reduced by 250 pounds, thanks to the use of carbon fiber, while upgraded brakes, a quicker gearbox, and Ferrariโs first four-wheel steering system enhanced performance. Aerodynamic revisions, including an extended rear wing and active diffuser, boosted downforce by 87 percent. Capable of 0โ60 mph in 2.9 seconds and 211 mph, the F12tdf was only 1.3 seconds slower than the LaFerrari at Fiorano.
With only 799 units produced in total, each is undoubtedly a very special machine, just like this 2016 Ferrari F12tdf currently offered for sale on SBX Cars with just 1,718 km (1,067 miles) from new. Presented in Giallo Triplo Strato over Nero and Giallo leather, this limited-production model represents one of Ferrariโs most extreme front-engined V12 cars.
The exterior is highlighted by factory anti-stone film, 20-inch forged diamond wheels with tri-coat yellow center caps, Pirelli P Zero tires, and extensive exposed carbon fiber, including the front splitter, side skirts, diffuser, and underbody. Adaptive headlights with carbon fiber housings, louvered rear fenders, an integrated spoiler, and dual twin-tip titanium exhausts enhance aerodynamics and presence.
Inside, Nero leather is contrasted with Giallo accents extending to the headliner, tunnel, and rear shelf. Carbon fiber racing seats feature yellow trim and Cavallino embroidery, complemented by a 4-point harness. Additional highlights include exposed carbon fiber panels, a yellow tachometer, passenger display, Ferrari telemetry, and a Hi-Fi system. Braking is managed by carbon-ceramic rotors with yellow calipers, while the suspension utilizes magnetorheological damping and a lift system.
