Ultra-Rare Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 Goes up for Auction

This unraced example is one of only 7 delivered to the US

One of just 40 examples ever builtโ€”and only seven delivered to the U.S.โ€”this 2022 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12, chassis 11604, is a pristine, unraced hypercar offered with delivery miles and will be auctioned by Broad Arrow Auctions at Monterey on August 13, with an estimated value of $1,600,000 to $2,200,000.

Developed by Lamborghiniโ€™s Squadra Corse motorsport division and styled by Centro Stile, the SCV12 is a track-only special featuring a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 producing over 819 hp, mated to a six-speed Xtrac sequential gearbox. Built under FIA prototype safety standards, it channels power exclusively to the rear wheels. It generates a staggering 2,650 pounds of downforce at 155 mph, thanks to race-grade aerodynamics and lightweight magnesium wheels paired with Pirelli slicks.

Finished in Rosso Scintilla over Nero Cosmus Alcantara, chassis 11604 is the only SCV12 to feature factory-tinted exposed carbon fiber on its mirrors, engine cover, and rear wing. It comes with a carbon-fiber yoke steering wheel (in addition to a leather-wrapped OMP unit) and a bespoke OMP racing suit for its next owner.

As part of the SCV12 club, this car offers immediate eligibility for Lamborghiniโ€™s global track-day events with full factory support. Scheduled events for 2025 include Barcelona and Misano, with additional events planned for 2026. Additional benefits include access to Lamborghiniโ€™s storage and driver development program in Santโ€™Agata Bolognese.
