The Ferrari 12Cilindri is a rare celebration of pure, naturally aspirated V12 power in an era dominated by turbocharged and electrified performance cars. More than just a machine, it represents a bold statement of Ferrari’s commitment to raw driving emotion.
The 12Cilindri’s F140 HD engine is a masterpiece, producing 819 hp at 9,250 RPM and revving to 9,500 RPM. The numbers are staggering: 0-60 mph in 2.95 seconds and a top speed exceeding 211 mph. Its sound is unfiltered and meticulously engineered, with a variable-length intake system, revised intake plenum, and 6-into-1 exhaust manifolds ensuring an exhilarating tone—arguably more thrilling than a Formula 1 car.
Following Ferrari’s V12 lineage—550 Maranello, 599 GTB, F12, and 812 Superfast—the 12 Cilindri refines grand touring. Unlike the razor-sharp F12 and 812, it prioritizes long-distance comfort without sacrificing performance. While the Spider version is slightly slower than the coupe due to the added weight of the retractable hardtop, the difference is minimal.
