The motorsport homologation specials thread!

  1. My Alfa 155 Formula (Silverstone on the UK market) - homologation edition for the 1994 BTCC.

Unfortunately I don't have the aero bits that make this car special and they have recently been discontinued, so no longer available from Alfa <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/sad.gif"></A>

  3. In response to the many missing pics on this thread, I'll post some Hi-Res pics I have of some homologation supercars that has been posted here before and another ones that hadn't appeared here (excuse me for the bad English).

    Enjoy the pics!

  4. Love the XJR-15.

  6. This is the Lamborghini Diablo GT1 SAT, made by SAT in order of Lamborghini to homologate the sole race car. During the creation process, Lamborghini S.p.a. supplied an V12 engine which should be placed on the car. The body was made entirely of carbon fiber, which helped to drop the car's weight to mere 1050 kgs. In mid-1998, at the end of the homologation process, a 655 HP lightweight aggressive-looking monster was born; the only street-legal Diablo GT1 ever made.
