First year of camaro production.
The RS package was a step up from the standard Camaro, but below the SS. It came with a choice of engines which including anything from the Turbo-Thrift 230 to the Turbo-Jet 396. The specification listed below is for the Turbo-Fire 327 V8 which was the most common engine for the RS.
