1969 Dodge Super Bee

In 1969, a horsepower war raged among US motor manufacturers: the Muscle Cars impressed their buyers with being ever more dynamic, ever more powerful and ever faster. Dodge, too, presented a large number of enormously powerful street racers, among them the Coronet Super Bee. It featured its mascot, a super bee, on the radiator grill and rear fenders, and a V8 rumbled underneath the engine hood. The basic version was fitted with a 4.5 liter V8 with only 190 hp, but the Super Bee was also optionally available with a 7.2 Hemi liter V8 developing 425 hp.
