1979 Dome P2
Buiding og the Zero concept car, Dome released a production version in 1979. It used the same basic principles such a fibreglass body and Nissan L28 engine, but had over 150 modifications to the design. It followed Dome's extensive motor sports history.
When Dome couldn't get approval by the Japanese government, they attempted to market the car to America by visiting both tthe Chicago Auto and Los Angeles Auto Shows.
Unique features of the car included an LED instrument panel, finger-tip control switchgear, 2-piece wheels and extremely low ride height.
