Like the man himself, it is unpretentious and uncomplicated, but occasionally suffers just a bit in translation. Not that it matters.
All that aside, the site opens with the “Biography” page where we learn not just about Ronnie but his father Bengt—source of his son’s speed genes it seems—and the rest of the family while tracing Ronnie’s path from birth to Formula One.
The next link waiting on the upper left corner of the page is “Ronnie & Barbro,” where their story of romance begins in 1969 and flourishes through the ’70s, but then turns tragic. Next on the list is “Voices about Ronnie,” where his contemporaries in F1 assess their friend and teammate, followed by “Memorial Exhibition,” which looks at how his hometown of Orebro has commemorated its lost son.
The last link is “The Final Grand Prix,” which needs little explanation, but it does provide deep insight to the entire weekend at Monza 1978, and follows through to its ultimate conclusion. As noted, you’ll need to accommodate the occasional translation glitch, but for anyone with a appreciation of Ronnie Peterson, this is a place to learn more.
