Pininfarina Battista and Formula E

Automobili Pininfarina Teams Up With Mahindra Racing To Let Battista Customers Drive a Formula E Car

Some Experience to go with the Car

Automobili Pininfarina’s new all-electric Battista is coming soon to its buyers and the folks who have decided to spend their hard-earned money on the car have a chance to do something pretty cool with an electric car. Nope, not the Battista, a Formula E car.

Pininfarina decided to team up with Mahindra Racing for an even called Hyperdrive that will happen at the Calafat Circuit in Spain later this year, according to Carscoops. The publication reported that customers who bought the Battista will have a chance to drive a Formula E car at the event. This is honestly a good move by Pininfarina. The company gives its customers a taste of what a super-powerful EV can do in a safe environment.

“The Automobili Pininfarina Hyperdrive experience provides a new benchmark of performance for hypercar buyers, but it also recognizes the need to introduce new and different test drive experiences that allow guests to better understand the technology of the future,” said Jochen Rudat, Automobili Pininfarina Chief Sales Officer. “Our clients loved the whole experience and we will be developing this initiative in the future.”

The first of the Battista’s to come out will be delivered to customers in the spring of 2020. the chance to drive the Formula E car is a great way to give them a taste of what is to come.
