Zagato AGTZ Twin Tail First Look

The Zagato AGTZ Twintail is a unique two-in-one car, combining a coachbuilt longtail racer with a more road-friendly version.

Designed by the iconic Italian coachbuilder Zagato, this car is based on the Alpine A110 but features a completely bespoke carbon fiber body with aerodynamic enhancements like a low smooth nose, teardrop-shaped headlights, and a distinctive double-bubble roof. The rear section can be unbolted, transforming the car into a shorter, more maneuverable version.

Inspired by the 1960s Alpine A220, the Twintail blends historic racing heritage with modern engineering. Inside, it retains the A110’s essence but features unique Zagato touches. Priced at $650,000 with only 19 units produced, it’s likely to become a collector’s item.
