  1. Not if you have Vtac yo!
  2. just watched a video on edmunds.com and they posted a best of 3.3 to 60, and a 1/4 of 11.6 at 121...z06 and viper where are you?
  3. High tech launch control and four wheel drive makes this number possible. Remarkable for an everyday driver!

    0-60 in 3.3
  5. People are sayin its gonna be more like 3.3 in 'R'? mode. Not bad out of the box
  6. It's funny..now that it's been proven that it does hit these numbers, the haters have gone into hiding..personally..I think Nissan is conservative with it's numbers
  7. I don't understand why a lot of people on these boards are getting so pissy about the naturally occurring phenomenon we have dubbed "progress." What's the point of developing something new if that something isn't going to push the envelope and outdo what has already been done? It's perfectly o.k. for someone to say "I'll believe it when I see it" but to completely discard the possibility that it could happen is outright foolish (this is within reason, mind you...).

So Nissan has figured out a way to work the angles with physics and make a porky car accelerate quickly, which, considering how the GT-R has developed over the years, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Nissan has shocked the automotive world with something like this. Good. Now the bar is raised.
