Re: 5,000,000 I believe it. Probably not $5 million but I'd say around $2.5 for this particular GT40. Some of the other originals go as low as $450,000.00 or so.
Re: 5,000,000 This car is worth between 5 Million and 7 Million actually. The Gulf version is worth more than most of the other GT40s Now if I could only find a buyer? <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/emoticons.html"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="http://speed.supercars.net/cboardhtml/emoticons/wink.gif"></A>
Re: 5,000,000 Luckily Ford's making the new GT, which will be really cheap (and might even be faster) than the original GT40.
Re: 5,000,000 Ya the new gt-40 is gonna rule its going for about $120,000...i dont think that anyone will buy it though, its too expensive, but it competes with the modena, marranello and maybe the enzo
Re: 5,000,000 You don't think anyone will buy it?!?! They auctioned off the first 2004 Ford GT off the production line at the Peble Beach Concours d'Elegance, it went for $500,000. I think if they can sell these for that much, they'll have no problem selling them for $120,000.
Re: 5,000,000 dood, there's a frikken waiting list for that new GT. And the Mk1 Gulfs would probably go for about $750,000 now. Chassis # 1075, the winningest GT in Ford's and possibly Le Mans history, would go for about 1.5 million (assuming it still exists and isnt in a museum).
Re: 5,000,000 yeah i saw this model gt40 at the races the other day. it owned pretty much every race it was in. cept for one where it spun out. definattly a great car.
Re: 5,000,000 one thing ozzzzman, citroens suck, Peugeots are better! Ooohhh and the GT-40, it's stout! Very nice
