Front bumper is too busy, sort of the same with the rear bumper. A 996 GT3 for me please. Aldo doesn't weigh much more, so plus 1.
surprise surprise.... So its basically just a 911 Carrera with the special 911 aero kit [ I forget its name? Pictured below: cost cutting? Same front bumper, just with indicators from the GT3 CUP.
It's not cost cutting... The GT3 and the GT3 Cup pretty much the same cars. The Cup has all the standard racing equipment, but aside from that its basically a GT3 road car.
I'll have a GT3 over any 911. I like the standard Carrera body better than the Turbo widebody kit, and I like the connection to ALMS racing the GT3 has. I'm not blown away by the styling, but it'll grow on my I'm sure. Power in GT3s has gone from 360 to 380 go 415.
Well done, Porsche! The flat-6 now is on level with the Ferrari V8 in what concerns to hp/litre. The 0-160 Km/h time is astonishing, just 8,7s, that's very fast for a 415hp car!
Too many vents gives it a bit of an aftermarket look IMO, but i prefer it to the front of the new Turbo.
3000 lbs 400hp.. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/confused.gif"></A> It sounds like it can be a real track thrasher.. But it's only worth anything if it will take the next CSL..
